Repubet is a registered trademark. All elements constituting the Service (text, graphics, logos, sounds, icons, images), as well as their formatting, are the exclusive property of Repubet, with the exception of trademarks, logos, or content belonging to other partner companies or authors. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these different elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Repubet.

4. Limitation of Liability

Repubet provides sports information and a social prediction platform. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information presented:

• Repubet cannot be held responsible for errors, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on its Service.
• The use of the information and content available on the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Repubet is not responsible for the performance or outcome of predictions made by users.
